Marta Stones is a Director of Stones Wealth, a Partner Practice of St. James's Place.
Marta Stones is a Chartered Financial Adviser with over 17 years of experience helping clients make confident decisions about their money and their future. She has guided individuals and families through some of life’s biggest financial choices — always with clarity, empathy, and a focus on what matters most to them.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, a member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA), and holder of a Master’s degree in Law, Marta brings a rare combination of technical expertise and legal understanding to her work. Whether it’s retirement planning, inheritance tax strategies, or simplifying complex financial situations, she is known for turning detail into direction.
Clients value Marta not only for her knowledge but for her ability to listen, connect, and make them feel at ease. She believes financial advice is not just about money — it’s about peace of mind, confidence, and the freedom to live life well.
Outside of work, Marta enjoys running through her local countryside and immersing herself in great books. Her favourite, The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, reflects her appreciation for both wit and depth — qualities she also brings to her life and work.
